All Forever Shining products are manufactured to our customer's special, personalised requirements and are not supplied Ex stock.  Unexpected manufacturing delays can occur for various reasons.  Should such a delay occur which will adversely affect forecast product delivery, it is our policy to advise customers, within five working days of the delay becoming evident, of any product supply delay together with a rescheduled delivery date.
